Puppy Courses
6 week group class - 7.30 to 8.15pm

What you need to know!
- Our class sizes are kept to a maximum of 6 puppies.
- We teach the fundamentals of how your puppy learns.
- Our classes are fun to attend!
- Ask us about their behaviour at home, because it's important to know how to deal with issues when they arise.
- We cover things like jumping up, puppy biting, not listening on walks, especially when asked to come back!
- Enjoy learning tricks like sit, down, stand, touch, walking on a loose lead, stay, leave, recall and so much more.
What will you achieve?
- The start of an amazing relationship with your dog, in class, at home and wherever you choose to go.
- A certificate of completion!
Sessions are held upstairs in Boddington Village Hall.
Follow-On Training
Group class on Fridays - 6.30 to 7.15pm
Dates in 2026
- This is a mixed ability group, for you to drop in when it suits you.
- Pay for the session when you attend, or pay for a block of six sessions.
What you need to know?
- Class sizes are maximum of 6 dogs, to allow space for our dogs to work in.
- Ongoing assessments to gauge progress.
- We adapt our course content for those enrolled and usually include the following:
- Recall training.
- Walking nicely on lead.
- Control at door/gate.
- Learning to cope with the distraction of other people.
- Learning to cope with the distraction of other dog.
- Plus much more.
What will you achieve?
- A better understanding of your dog's behaviour.
- How to manage your dog in situations specific to you.
Sessions are currently held indoors at Boddington Village Hall.
UK Dog Sport Training
Group class - 10.00 to 12.00
Dates in 2026
- From 10 Jan weekly on a Saturday morning.
- This is an ongoing group, for you to drop in when it suits you.
- Pay for the session when you attend, or pay for a block of six sessions.
What you need to know?
- Class sizes are maximum of 6 dogs, to allow space for our dogs to work in.
- Ongoing assessments to gauge progress.
- We adapt our course content for those enrolled and include all UKDS elements:
- Recall
- Retrieve
- Heelwork
- Speak
- Search
- Stay
- Sendaway
- Agility elements: A frame, clear jump & tunnel.
- Plus much more
What will you achieve?
- A deeper relationship with your dog.
- Become a member of a growing community.
- Take part in competitions and make new friends.
- Gain in confidence as you progress through the 6 levels of UK Dog Sport.
Sessions are held in our training field on the outskirts of Boddington.
Agility
A sport for all as long as your dog is fit enough!
45 mins individual lesson - £15
or book lessons in 6 week block for £90
Sessions are held outdoors - unfortunately in the wetter weather we have to reschedule when the field gets too wet and slippery making it unsafe for dogs and handlers.
One to One
These allow us to customise the training to suit the individual needs of you and your dog.
If you have something specific you would like help with please use our contact form and we will see how we can help.
You may have a dog that doesn't like the company of others, this gives you the chance to work with your dog without those distractions.
