We will teach you the principles of how a puppy learns which gives you the foundation for future training and we only promote reward based methods of training. You will learn how to engage with your puppy in fun and interact ways.

We are using the Upper Hall with stairs only access at this time
Boddington Dog Training run puppy courses in blocks of 6 weeks. There are a maximum of 6 puppies with one instructor and the sessions are 45 minutes long; an optimum time for you and your puppy to retain information. Then it's all down to practice, practice, practice!
Enrolment can take place from 10 weeks of age (at the time of first class) up to 9 months of age and are for young, friendly adolescent dogs. All puppies must have received their first vaccination and have their vet's approval to attend classes. We offer optional support between lessons, with downloads and handouts, to assist you. For dogs over 9 months of age we recommend a course of 121 sessions.
All puppies and dogs, like us, learn at different rates and the rate at which you and your dog progress will depend on how much time you have to spend practising. Just a few minutes each day is all it takes and we'll be able to give you tips on how to find those extra few minutes in a busy day.
By the end of a 6 week course you should see a marked improvement in your dogs behaviour and we offer opportunities for you to further your training with Boddington Dog Training.
