We run courses for owners wishing to further their dog training beyond what they have learned in puppy class. 

The exercises we demonstrate form the basis of the APDT Good Companion Awards offering owners six levels to work through; Foundation, Improver, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert & Master.

Exercises include Loose Lead Walking, Recall, Play, Sit, Down, Stand, Stay, Self Control, Door Safety, Greeting Behaviour, Leave, Off-lead Walking, Send to Bed, Stop, Wait, Distance Control, Recall from Distraction. 

The awards are designed with the aim of completing the exercises for each level over a six week period. This can be achieved in a group or on a one-to-one basis.
